Zidi + HubSpot
Turn video engagement into CRM data. Campaign recipients become HubSpot contacts automatically, and every open, watch milestone, and CTA click lands on the contact record in real time.
Connect in three steps
Open Integrations
In Zidi, go to Integrations → HubSpot → Connect HubSpot. (Pro plan required.)
Approve in HubSpot
Choose your HubSpot account and approve the permissions Zidi asks for.
Done
That’s it — no API keys, no field mapping, nothing to configure.
What syncs, and when

The five custom properties (zidi_personalized_url, zidi_video_opened, zidi_watch_percent, zidi_cta_clicked, zidi_last_viewed_at) are created automatically on your first campaign push. Find them on any contact under View all properties → search "zidi".
Build follow-ups with workflows
Because engagement lands in native HubSpot properties, your lists and workflows just work. For example: enroll contacts where zidi_watch_percent > 50 and zidi_cta_clicked is false to automatically follow up with engaged viewers who didn’t click your call-to-action.
Privacy
Zidi writes engagement data only for recipients you add and viewers identified by your tracked links. Your own views of your videos are never synced.
Disconnecting
Zidi → Integrations → HubSpot → Disconnect revokes access immediately. You can also remove Zidi from HubSpot’s Connected Apps — syncing stops automatically.
Troubleshooting
Contact not updating?
Engagement syncs to existing contacts by email for tracked shares — the contact must already exist. Campaign recipients are created automatically, so campaigns never need this step.
Properties missing?
The five zidi_* properties are created on your first campaign push. Launch one campaign to initialize them.
Seeing a reconnect prompt?
If access was revoked from the HubSpot side, just click Connect again in Zidi — no other cleanup needed.
