What does "lock in your launch price for life" mean?
Subscribe while the launch offer is running and your plan keeps renewing at your launch price for as long as your subscription stays active — even after we raise prices for new customers. If you cancel and subscribe again later, you'll pay whatever the price is at that time.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. When upgrading, billing is prorated so you only pay the difference for the remainder of your billing cycle.
How do team seats work?
Each paid plan includes one seat. Additional team members can be added at the per-seat price ($19/seat for Starter, $49/seat for Pro). Each member gets their own workspace with full plan features.
What are Dubbing credits?
AI dubbing and voice change use credits — dubbing uses 20 credits per video minute, voice change uses 10. Buy credit packs anytime from your workspace's billing page, starting at $29 for 300 credits (about 15 minutes of dubbing). Purchased credits never expire.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and other payment methods through our payment processor, Dodo Payments.
What happens when I upgrade?
When you upgrade mid-cycle, your billing is prorated. You'll only pay the difference between your current plan and the new plan for the remaining days in your billing period.
Can I use Zidi for commercial purposes?
Yes! All paid plans include commercial usage rights. You can create and share content for your business, clients, or sales outreach.
