Loom pricing in 2026: plans, limits and the fine print
Loom is free for up to 25 videos at 5 minutes each and 720p playback; paid plans start at “$18 per user / month” for Business and “$24 per user / month” for Business + AI. Every figure on this page was read from Loom's own pages and checked 4 September 2026 — the links are at the bottom, so you can re-check any of them in a minute.
Two things are worth knowing before the table. Loom advertises an annual discount but displays no annual dollar figure, and two of Loom's own pages disagree about how long a Business recording can be. Both are covered below.

The fine print
- The annual discount has no number attached. The banner says “SAVE UP TO 17%” and the FAQ repeats the 17%, but no annual dollar figure renders on either pricing page, and neither says whether $18 and $24 are monthly or annual-billed. Check the toggle in your own browser before you budget.
- Screenshots count toward the free 25. The pricing page lists “Up to 25 videos/person” and “Unlimited screenshots” side by side, but the Starter plan FAQ says “Up to 25 videos and screenshots” and that the count includes archived videos.
- Fifty free members, or ten with Atlassian. The pricing page says “Up to 50 Members”. The Starter FAQ says a workspace integrated with Atlassian is limited to 10 users on the free plan.
- “Unlimited” recording length, or 6 hours. The pricing page gives Business “Unlimited video recording length”; the Business plan FAQ says “Up to 6 hours recording length”. Both are Loom's pages, read the same day. Plan for six hours.
- The CRM sits on the top plan. Salesforce is listed only under Enterprise, which is priced by contacting sales, and HubSpot is not named on either pricing page at any tier. Starter names Slack, Jira, GitHub, Gmail, Upwork, FigJam, Notion, Intercom, Zendesk, Dropbox and GitLab.
What the extra $6 for Business + AI buys
Business + AI is $24 against Business at $18 — six dollars per user per month. These are Loom's own feature names, copied from the pricing page and checked 4 September 2026: auto-video enhancement, advanced editing, video-to-text automation, auto meeting recap emails, auto meeting notes, AI workflows, auto titles, auto summaries, auto chapters, auto tasks, filler-word removal, silence removal, variables, stylized captions, edit by transcript, and admin insights.
For a ten-seat team our own arithmetic on the two figures checked above is $6 × 10 seats × 12 months = $720 a year on top of Business, for editing automation rather than for more recording capacity. Whether that is worth it depends on how much post-production your team actually does — which is the question the next section is really about.
How Zidi's pricing compares
Free — $0 for up to 10 videos at 5 minutes each. It is recording-only: uploading a file you already have is a paid feature. Loom's free plan is bigger, and we would rather say so than hide it.
Starter — $19 per seat per month ($168 a year). Unlimited videos, 2-hour recordings, 1080p exports, AI subtitles in 90+ languages, caption and transcript translation, summaries with AI chat, the full multi-track editor, downloads and viewer analytics.
Pro — $49 per seat per month ($468 a year). Adds retention heatmaps, interactive CTAs, lead scoring, revenue attribution, the brand kit and eight CRM integrations: HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Copper, ActiveCampaign, Close, Freshsales and Monday.com. That is the sharpest contrast with Loom's table — a CRM connection on a plan you buy with a card rather than on an Enterprise contract.
There is no AI surcharge. Captions, transcription and filler-word and silence removal are not gated by plan, so there is no Zidi equivalent of the $6 step from Business to Business + AI (checked 4 September 2026). The exception is dubbing and voice change: those are paid and credit-metered, with $29 buying 300 credits. And if you buy during an offer window, subscribe during the offer and your plan keeps renewing at the price you subscribed at.
Where Loom is the better buy
- • Its free tier holds 25 videos to Zidi's 10, at the same 5-minute cap, and includes transcription and viewer insights.
- • Viewers can leave comments and emoji reactions on a Loom video, on the free plan. Zidi share pages have neither.
- • Loom records from Mac, Windows, iOS and Android as well as a Chrome extension. Zidi is a browser and a Chrome extension, so there is no mobile recording at all.
- • Loom Enterprise offers SSO and SCIM. Zidi does not offer either today.
Loom pricing questions
Is Loom free?+
Yes. Loom's Starter plan costs $0 and allows “Up to 25 videos/person” at “5 min per video recording length” with “Video quality up to 720p”. It also includes transcription in 50+ languages, viewer insights, comments and emoji reactions, folders and archiving. It is one of the more generous free tiers in this category — larger than Zidi's free plan, which allows 10 videos at the same 5-minute cap.
How much is Loom per user?+
Business is “$18 per user / month” and Business + AI is “$24 per user / month”, as checked on loom.com/pricing on 4 September 2026. Enterprise is quoted by Loom's sales team.
What does Business + AI add over Business?+
Six dollars per user per month buys the AI tier: auto-video enhancement, advanced editing, video-to-text automation, auto meeting recap emails and auto meeting notes, AI workflows, auto titles, summaries, chapters and tasks, filler-word removal, silence removal, variables, stylized captions, edit by transcript and admin insights. Those are Loom's own feature names from the pricing page.
Does Loom integrate with HubSpot or Salesforce?+
On Loom's pricing pages, the Salesforce integration appears only on the Enterprise plan, and HubSpot is not named at any tier (checked 4 September 2026 on both loom.com/pricing and atlassian.com). That is what those pages show — it is not proof that no HubSpot integration exists anywhere in Loom's estate. loom.com/integrations served a login page when we checked, so we could not read a full directory.
What is Loom's annual price?+
Loom does not display one. The billing toggle reads “Bill me: Monthly / Annually”, a banner says “SAVE UP TO 17%” and the FAQ says you can save 17% by choosing an annual plan — but no annual dollar figure renders, and the page does not say whether $18 and $24 are the monthly or the annual-billed rate (both figures checked 4 September 2026). We are not going to multiply and subtract and call the result Loom's price. Switch the toggle yourself before you buy.
Loom or Zidi for a five-person sales team?+
Using only the figures each vendor displays, checked 4 September 2026, per month: Loom Business $18 × 5 = $90; Loom Business + AI $24 × 5 = $120; Zidi Starter $19 × 5 = $95; Zidi Pro $49 × 5 = $245. That arithmetic is ours, not a quoted price, and it ignores annual billing because Loom publishes no annual figure. What the money buys differs: Zidi Starter is $5 a month more than Loom Business for those five seats, and includes the captions, transcription and summaries that Loom sells in its $24 tier, while Zidi Pro is the only line here that includes CRM integrations without a sales call. If your team wants viewer comments, mobile recording or the larger free tier, Loom is the better buy at any of these numbers.
