Report a bug
First, check this help center — your issue might already have a solution listed in our troubleshooting articles. If you can't find an answer, the fastest way to report a bug is through our contact form at zidi.ai/contact.
Include as much detail as possible: what you were doing when the bug occurred, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. Screenshots or screen recordings of the issue are incredibly helpful — you can even use Zidi to record the bug in action!
Download troubleshooting data
For technical issues, you can help our support team by downloading your troubleshooting data. Open the Zidi extension popup, click the three-dot settings menu, and select "Download for troubleshooting". This creates a file with diagnostic information (no personal data is included) that you can attach to your bug report.

Urgent issues
For urgent issues that prevent you from recording, email support@zidi.ai directly. Our support team typically responds within a few hours during business days.
